About

Joe Santiago started his journey in music back in the early 90’s while working at a local Brooklyn record shop. It was in these days that Joe began spinning hip-hop tracks and quickly became drawn to the burgeoning sounds of house. Soon, Joe began playing at various renowned clubs and parties in NYC, including the Limelight, Tunnel, Vinyl NYC and Subliminal Sessions.

Joe went on to produce various charted dance tracks and received acclaim on such music shows as Danny Rampling’s “Lovegroove Dance Party” on BBC Radio 1. His released album “Quiero Saber” by Modelo Especial was heard on many night time radio stations and was licensed in various compilations.

After moving to Miami in 2004, Joe dj'd for a bit before taking a brief hiatus from the music biz. However, music couldn't keep him away for long and Joe now finds himself holding court with a Saturday Night residency at Opium Group’s VIP hotspot SET on Miami Beach. As he continues to blend eclectic house with elements of hip-hop, rock, funk and latin influences, Joe's future in music is sure to keep us dancing.
